Scheduled kernel maintenance on the Frankfurt cluster

We will apply a kernel security update to the Frankfurt shared hosting cluster during the maintenance window this weekend.

Each node reboots once. Expected impact is under two minutes per node, and accounts are moved between nodes so most customers will notice nothing at all.
