1. Services

Services are provided on a subscription basis for the billing cycle selected at order time.

2. Acceptable use

Accounts may not be used to distribute malware, send unsolicited bulk email, or host content that infringes the rights of others.

3. Availability

We target 99.9 percent monthly availability excluding announced maintenance windows.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate at the end of a billing period. Data is retained briefly after termination and then removed.
